Glowforge @ EHS
As part of the development of the David Lear Sulman Innovation Center at Epstein Hillel School, STEM coordinator Lea Winkler purchased and setup a new Glowforge Laser Printer. The Glowforge Laser Printer is a wireless 3D laser printer that fits on your desktop, works with many different design programs, and stores the designs & data in the cloud. The Glowforge can make an endless variety of useful, beautiful, and practical things from a variety of different materials like wood, leather, felt, fabric, acrylic, paper, and more. Teachers will be introduced to the Glowforge during the summer 2018 professional development session in preparation for using it in the classroom during the 2018-19 school year at Epstein Hillel School.
